Get Ready to Register
1. Eligible Applicants
- ✓ Foreigners aged 6 and above.
- ✓ Holding a valid temporary or permanent residence card in Vietnam.
2. Required Documents
- ✓ Valid passport or international travel document.
- ✓ Valid temporary/permanent residence card.
- ✓ Primary mobile phone number & email address (if any).
- ✓ Application form (Form TK01, usually available at the registration site).
Simple 4-Step Process
Submit Application
Go in person and present your prepared documents to the receiving officer.
Biometric Collection
The officer will take your portrait photo and fingerprints.
Processing Period
Your application will be sent to the Public Security Department for Administration of Social Order for approval.
Receive Results
Notification will be sent via the VNeID app, SMS, or your registered email.
